Raw Material Inspection – All incoming fabrics and components undergo rigorous four-point inspection for defects, colorfastness, tensile strength, and composition verification.
Inline Production Audits (AQL Standards) – We apply ISO 2859-1 Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) sampling methods to inspect garments at multiple production checkpoints, ensuring consistency in stitching, fit, and overall workmanship.
Lab Testing & Certification – Materials are tested in certified third-party laboratories for pilling resistance, shrinkage, abrasion durability, and chemical compliance (e.g., OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, REACH, and GOTS for organic textiles).
Needle & Metal Detection – Finished garments are scanned using high-sensitivity metal detectors to prevent contamination from broken needles or foreign objects.
Pre-Production Approval (PPA) – Every new design undergoes a pilot-run evaluation to assess construction integrity, seam strength, and wash performance before bulk production begins.
Final Random Inspections (FRI) – Before shipment, completed products undergo MIL-STD-105E Level II inspections, covering fit, labeling accuracy, packaging compliance, and overall appearance to meet client specifications.
